This service does not include a tracking service.

Please be advised all orders may take up to 10 days before delivery due to being customised and stock availability.

On some occasions if text messaged directly we may be able to accommodate special requests for faster preparation and delivery.  (Please include name, order number and details of request in text message)

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Please return the item(s) with proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving them. Items received after this period will not be considered for a refund. Returns must be unused, in their original package and in a re-saleable condition. You do not need to contact us to inform us that you are returning a product to us. Simply send the returned goods, with a covering letter explaining what you would like to exchange it for or if you would like a refund Beechwood, Fulstow Top, Louth, LN11 0XT, United Kingdom. Please ensure your name and address appears on the back of the package.

All Funky Filly products are made to the highest standard of manufacturing, design and fabric quality. Check the label inside the garment for washing instructions. Do not iron on any prints. We have tried to ensure that the colours on the website are an accurate reflection of the actual colours of our clothing. However due to difference in colour palettes between the web environment and clothing dyes, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
